- EGYPTIAN DUKKAH - it's flavour is warmed with dessert salt and lemony sumac. try some as a topping for your salad or in the traditonal way with crusty bread and olive oil.
- MOROCCAN DUKKAH - is a little sweeter & hotter than most dukkahs, a great topper for sprinkling over roasted vegetables.
- NEW ZEALAND DUKKAH - This is a combination of spiced seeds he new zealanders have longeaten just like a middle eastern dukkah spiced and roasted punkin kernels, sunflower seeds and seaseme seeds make a fantastic savoury counterpart to many meals
- PERSIAN DUKKAH - soft & aromatic persian dukkah carries the flavour of advieh (a cardamon-cinnamon based spice blend) as well as scented rose petals and persian walnuts. pairs very well with watermelon :)
- LEBANESE DUKKAH -this exotic blend herby & tasty, is flavoured with lebanese seven spice (fenugreek, nutmeg, coves) parsely & garlic along with a suite of roasted nuts. Delicious mixed with hummus and stuffed in mushrooms.
